Total time for each row is automatically calculated based on the sum of the SEL/SES/MEL columns. Point-to-point XC time is automatically calculated for the 135 guys as long as the "FROM" and "TO" fields contain different values (basically as long as you landed somewhere other than your departure airport). as necessary, but the most common ones are already there (SEL/MEL/SES). You should be able to add columns for other categories etc.
The 2nd sheet is the actual 'logbook', modeled after the Jeppesen Professional Pilot Log. This has been an ongoing project of mine for the past 3+ years and I thought others might benefit from it! Free to use for anybody looking to join the electronic logbook revolution for the right price.įirst sheet is a summary/cover page that automatically maintains totals, 8710 values, and tracks basic IFR currency by counting the number of approaches shot in the previous 6 calendar months against the required 6 (currently does not take into account whether or not you conducted holding, IPCs or 121/135 recurrent checkrides, unfortunately but I may revisit this in the future). It translates perfectly into Google Sheets, so this provides it a bit more flexibility to upload to your own Google Drive and work with it there if you want. This time, I'm just linking to the source Excel file. Resubmitting as I've had quite a few requests via Google Docs to share it again. Submitted this originally about a year ago.
